Built for Glince Ltd, Tendasasa is a full-featured tender aggregation and management platform. It enables businesses to discover, track, and manage public and private tenders from a single interface. The platform aggregates tender listings, manages deadlines, and provides structured workflows for bid preparation and submission tracking.
Urban Insights
A full-featured online image competition system developed for Glince Ltd. The platform supports photo submissions with category tagging, public voting with rate limiting to prevent manipulation, admin-side scoring and judging tools, and structured results management. Designed to handle high-traffic voting periods with integrity controls built in from the start.
Expense Management System
A multi-user expense tracking and reporting system with role-based access, manager approval workflows, withholding tax calculation and handling, soft-delete functionality for audit trails, and recurring expense management. Designed for organisations with multiple cost centres and the need for structured financial controls over employee and operational spending.
GTCountsTool Payment Portal
Zyphora developed the payment portal component of the GTCountsTool platform, integrating M-Pesa Daraja for subscription-based billing. The portal includes STK Push payment initiation, real-time payment verification, subscriber access management, and an admin control panel for monitoring payments, managing subscriptions, and reconciling transaction records.
Daylight Energy Metering and Billing Portal
A live prepaid and postpaid metering platform built for Daylight Energy Solutions and currently running at metering.daylightenergy.co.ke. The platform integrates M-Pesa STK Push and C2B payment flows, real-time meter reading synchronisation via DLMS meter APIs, automated credit loading on payment confirmation, a full admin dashboard for consumption monitoring, revenue reporting, and customer management.
